As a Regional Manager, to achieve revenue and profit targets in Japan, you will develop/execute business plans, manage the budget and operate the local organization.
You will also manage local sales, marketing and customer experience to drive performance and closely communicate with the top management and other teams at HQ.
We are looking for candidates who have driven exceptional performance in online sales and marketing at global consumer brands while leading the Japanese branch and managing the local team.

Develop local business strategies by analyzing market trends, competitors and Konny’s market positioning
Develop/execute annual business plans in Japan by product category and sales channel, based on the target revenue/profit assigned to Japan
Plan/operate the budget in Japan and manage the KPIs or ROI of the budget spending
To ensure the success of Konny’s business in Japan, communicate/collaborate with the top management and team leads (product, brand, finance, CX, etc.) at the headquarter in South Korea
Manage local personnel by overseeing the recruitment, team setup and role assignment
Proven experience in driving revenue growth and enhancing brand reputation in the Japanese market
Understanding of how to drive sales through e-commerce channels (official stores and marketplaces such as Rakuten, Amazon), as well as the mechanisms of traffic acquisition and sales conversion
Data-driven problem solver and logical thinker with the proficiency in text communication
Experience as a branch manager, country/region manager or managing director for a foreign brand in Japan
Genuine interest in and affection for the Konny brand its customers
Position: Full-time (3-months of probation period with the full-time equivalent compensation)
